Our recruitment process<\/strong> involves three steps<\/strong> designed to reveal your talents.<\/p>\n

The first<\/strong> is an HR interview<\/strong> on your experience and ambitions<\/strong>. It includes feefback from our TwoB-R test, which mingles behavioral<\/strong> and cognitive<\/strong> dimensions. This test was designed by PerformanSe<\/a>, one of our branches.<\/p>\n

A few days later, you will be invited to a second interview<\/strong>, where a manager<\/strong> will ask you to work on a case study<\/strong> to demonstrate your expertise.<\/p>\n

In the third interview<\/strong>, you will meet a director or partner<\/strong> who will confirm your potential<\/strong> for progressing in the Julhiet Sterwen group.<\/p>\n

If you do not meet with a partner then, another meeting may be proposed.<\/p>\n
